One way to build trust and foster healthy disagreements is to rate the importance of each person's opinion on a scale of one to ten. If there is a clear difference in importance, the person with the higher rating gets to decide. If both opinions are equally important, a respectful debate takes place. In some areas, one person gets to decide, while in others, the other person takes the lead. By valuing and respecting each other's opinions, trust is built and people feel empowered. This approach encourages open-mindedness and creates a sense of trust and confidence in decision-making.
