How to Deliver Constructive Criticism Effectively

The 'compliment sandwich' method of delivering criticism may not be effective, as people may see through it and focus on the first and last comments, forgetting the actual criticism. Additionally, narcissistic individuals may respond in a way that inflates their ego rather than considering the criticism. Instead of using the compliment sandwich, it is better to communicate criticism directly and positively at the outset of the conversation.
