What Is a Bird?

Knowing something goes beyond a list of features. Real patterns, or logos, are the structural organization that make something what it is. Understanding the logos is intuitive but cannot be explicitly explained. The logos is both how we know something and what defines it. To truly know something, we conform to its real pattern and become like it. This idea will be developed further by Plato's disciple, Aristotle.
