The sugar cane involves three rounds of high intensity work after a warm-up./nEach round consists of going the maximum distance possible in two minutes, marking down the distance, and then resting for two minutes./nIn round two, you aim to match the distance of round one, but it may take more time./nIn round three, you aim to go at least as far as round one and continue until the time is completed./nThe sugar cane can elevate your heart rate, improve VO2 max, and gamify your high-intensity interval training.
