Consistency is important for sustaining motivation and achieving long-term goals, but it should not come at the cost of enjoying life. Building consistency requires focusing on micro habits, setting both long-term and short-term goals, resting, not dwelling on setbacks, and creating a reasonable routine to avoid burnout.
