Jurors' Shift in Position During Deliberations

Jurors' initial straw vote is merely a first impression as they haven't started deliberating earnestly. It's not surprising that jurors changed their positions during deliberations, especially as some needed more information and wanted to discuss the case further without jumping to conclusions. Jurors who took their deliberation seriously respected the presumption of innocence and carefully went through the evidence. Some jurors initially did not like the case but were open to reconsidering their stance through thorough deliberation.
