Human psychology is highly adaptable, making it challenging to find long-term interventions that consistently work. No single intervention has a lasting high success rate because as today's issues are resolved, tomorrow's problems integrate themselves with the solution. This adaptability is evident in therapy too, where continuously praising a therapist for years may indicate unresolved underlying issues. Therefore, the key is to experiment with various approaches and stick with what works while being open to trying new methods because life is constantly changing, and problems evolve to fit into unnoticed cracks in our habits.

In this episode I have a lot of fun going through—one-by-one—six nuggets of wisdom, designed to make us all less awful humans. So saddle up bitches, I’m here to break hearts today.
