Hacking Your ADHD

NOTE

The Differences Between ADD and ADHD

The DSM, or Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, is regularly updated to reflect changes in our understanding of conditions like ADHD. Over the years, ADD and ADHD have been combined, with three presentations: hyperactive-impulsive, inattentive (formerly known as ADD), and combined. Surprisingly, only 10% of ADHD diagnoses fit the stereotypical hyperactive-impulsive presentation, while 90% are inattentive.
