Observing Effective Communication Styles

Observing and analyzing great communicators for 20 years, I discovered that it's not about what they say, but how they say it. Effective talks connect with the audience and make them feel it was meant for them. To improve our own communication skills, we need to understand this connection and practice it. Recently, I listened to a helpful communicator but didn't feel that connection.
