Do You Care Enough to Learn?

The third pillar is the amount of emotional labor one is willing to put in to achieve their goals. Learning is different from education because education is coercion while learning is being incompetent until you get better. Emotional labor is caring enough to learn something. Despite having access to resources, some things are not learned due to a lack of willingness to expend the energy for improvement.
