Donald Hoffman: What is an "Observer"? New Discovery in Search of "One" Consciousness Beyond Reality

Mind-Body Solution

NOTE

Understanding Markovian Kernels and Trace Chains in the Theory of Observation

Markovian kernels are used to describe the sequence of color experiences in a system. By analyzing the probabilities of color transition, a Markov kernel can be represented as a matrix. This kernel is a linear operator that can rotate, expand, and contract vectors. This approach is used to represent observers and their conscious experiences. The study found that there is a partial order relationship between trace chains and Markov chains, which forms a new logic on the space of all Markov kernels. The observer is considered an integral part of the system, challenging the traditional notion of observation as separate from the observed.
