How Does the Cap Table Work?
The way that we're investing into these companies is we're buying the shares essentially through an SPV, special purpose vehicle. The math works out directly so that you are technically owning those shares. When there is a liquidity event, we make sure to settle those shares into your brokerage account. It would be pretty darn hard for us to actually make that happen and it wouldn't be favorable to the company.
