The quickest way to pick up on a person's personality is by observing how much they talk about themselves and whether they focus on the past or the future. While most people talk about themselves a lot and dwell on past accomplishments, there are few individuals who are genuinely interested in others and are focused on their future goals. This distinction becomes evident when comparing personal bios; most people don't even mention their previous company in their bio, whereas I proudly highlight my achievements.
