Antioxidant, Probiotic, and Fiber-Rich Food Choices
Colorful fruits and vegetables are beneficial, but spices, tea, cocoa are the highest antioxidant sources. Pecans are the highest antioxidant nuts. Probiotic sources include sauerkraut, kavas, kimchi, and unsweetened yogurt. For fiber, basil seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, beans, legumes, raspberries, and avocados are recommended.
