The most important thing you can do is the p m, after you've worked with your product team on distilling those problems and coming up with the vision, is going back and socializing and evangelizing this product vision. Otherwise it just stays in a document forever and ever, which would be kind of pointless. And so how do we evangelize? So i'm gong to talk about two approaches. Again, going from at a company and at a start up. At a company, you've been working with a court team. You've had a team of people, representatives, who've been in the room working with you,. creating that magic from the confluence of your differences.
