Hacking your environment is something that i try to practise in my own life. Every employee at my office has a stand up desk and a tread desk, a treadmill. Some of my employees put in eight miles of easy walking during the day. Just as you said, just walking around during the day instead of sitting has some neuro physiological, biomechanical impact on the body. That's what prepares you for the 60 hour event coming up. You don't want to do that black whole style training to prepare me these events. Tell us what you think about this mark.
