The Importance of Staying Calm in Security Situations
Relaxing helps me perform security duties better. Internally, I'm freaking out, but it doesn't improve my skills. Being calm and focused, like eating an apple, allows me to be prepared and efficient. It's about becoming dispassionate and seeing it as cold, hard math.
