NOTE

Design Process and Truss Selection Competition

The design process involved preloading the truss with the column weight to transfer the column load effectively. The selection of the truss geometry was decided through a fun office competition where different truss styles like Howe, Pratt, and Warren were considered. Employees created their own Revit models with uniform loads to determine the most efficient truss configuration. The Warren truss, known for its equal web configuration, was chosen as the winning design for the project.
