There needs to be better d e i training. And it can't be done with the sorts of people who are trained to see races behind every tree and under every rock. Those people are not going to change. Wait a minute, man. Isn't d e i, by definitiona ideological indoctrination? Sos, it depends on the way it's done will tell me about how it can be done. In many instances, that appears to be the case.
