Receiving Blessings through Positive Association
Non-Israelites like Jethro and Rahab in the Old Testament received blessings by positively associating with the Israelites. Jethro celebrated God's deeds with Moses, gave advice, and was blessed even though he did not become an Israelite. Rahab, a Canaanite, welcomed Israelites, declared allegiance to God, and was saved along with her household, ultimately getting incorporated into the Israelite community. These instances highlight the blessings that can come from positive relationships and alliances.
