The Workplace

The way we treat people at work profoundly affects the way they go home and treat people in their span of care. So if we're sending 88 % of the people in this world home not feeling valued, what is te family unit like of children raised with parents who feel they in an organization doesn't care about them? And our intent was not to create that. It was just to send people home feeling cared for so they could be good stewards at home. When a wash university organizational development professors came out to interview i saw perhaps the best example of the the work place that i imagined.
