Use ecology of practices to counteract parasitic processing in a systemic way

The way to deal with parasitic processing is to cultivate a counteractive dynamical system. We do this all the time we get constellations of lower order skills and techniques to build higher order skills and Techniques but we build it as a dynamical system that can operate in many ways on many levels, our cognition and our consciousness and our being. new virtues if you just hammer the gold you'll smash it and wreck it if you just heat it it will melt If you just look at it you won't notice its imperfections so I need to balance that dynamically with heating and with with hammering and notice what I'm doing.
