I'm curious. What was kind of, like the informational change or shift that happened with you? Like, were you of a certain way of thinking when it came to how to lose way before he did it? Ah, and had some shift and sort of how you went through and like, discovered a hadoloo's weight. When i was threen, 50 pounds, the minute i realized i was all bullshed was when i really started to make progress. And i said, well, wait a second. What is my biggest obstacle, that was it. The nonsense, the straight up b s, the lies that they tell us about calories.
