How to Stay Aligned to Your Mission

Sometimes, in leadership roles, doubts can arise from others, even from family members. There can be a desire to prove oneself capable and show results, even if it means deviating from the original mission. Moving forward, it is important to be clear about one's mission and stay aligned with it. It is also acknowledged that sometimes the mission may be to prove oneself, and in such cases, actions should align with that mission. However, when there is a disconnect between the stated mission and the actual mission being served, things do not add up.
