The key qualities I look for in people are those who actually build stuff, have hard skills, don't ask for permission, and save people time. I want to surround myself with individuals who are resourceful and figure out how to pursue their passions without waiting for the perfect opportunity. They don't see it as a numbers game but rather invest time and effort into each endeavor. Additionally, I value individuals who read a lot because knowledge is power.
