We’re delighted to welcome our old friend and colleague Renata Price to discuss her new project, Crit Build! Ren joins Patrick, Rob, and Janet to discuss launching Crit Build, Microsoft dismissing the head of its Israeli subsidiary, GameStop’s eBay bid falling apart, and what the heck happened with all that Mixtape discourse. Plus, we’ve got plenty of games to talk about, including Forza Horizon 6, Phantom Brigade, the incredible Ayn Thor handheld, and initial Steam Controller thoughts. Somehow, all of this took us nearly four hours. Five stars, baby!
Reminder: Last year, the pro-Palestinian human rights movement BDS that’s pressuring Israel by promoting boycotts, divestment, and sanctions against the country added Xbox to its boycott list. Learn more here: https://www.bdsmovement.net/news/boycott-microsofts-xbox
