Victoria Gold published their Q4 2023 and full year production numbers this week. He spoke with us from Vancouver about these numbers and the challenges the company was faced. The company met guidance nonetheless. We also look ahead to 2024 and discuss optimization opportunities with the Mine.

Warwick Smith, CEO of American Pacific, joined us a Roundup for his corporate editorial comment following the company's latest drill results from the Palmer Project in Alaska. The company drilled 43.8 m grading 6.54% Cu, 3.15% Zn, 0.42 g/t Au and 27.97 g/t Ag (8.22% CuEq) and 23.9 m grading 9.03% Cu, 3.49% Zn, 0.83 g/t Au and 41.75 g/t Ag (11.15% CuEq).

We wrap up Day 2 of AME BC's Roundup Conference in Vancouver with two interviews from today's events. Peter Grosskopf of SCP Resource Finance presented a call to the audience today in his keynote address. Trevor and Peter discuss having to find a way to smooth the mining development cycle and attract institutional money back into the sector. He has many thoughts on this subject and also ideas on precious metals this year. Finally, we connect with The Northern Miner Journalist, Henry Lazenby. We talk with him about a few key themes of the past few days, including a critique on BC's Phase I Critical Minerals Agenda, naked short selling in the market, and an emphasis on supply deficits in copper.

Gold Hunter Resources CEO, Sean Kingsley, joins the podcast from the Roundup Conference in Vancouver for a general introduction into the company. Recently, Gold Hunter announced a strategic agreement with Australia's Firefly Metals for the projects in Nova Scotia. Sean talks about returning those newly acquired shares to their shareholders and beginning to look at what is next for the company.

Jason Jessup of Magna Mining joined the podcast for a discussion on the company's exploration strategies in their Sudbury projects for this year. The company has completed some deep drill holes for geophysical data collection recently. After analyzing this data, they will then direct a new drill campaign at both Crean Hill and Shakespeare.

We connected with Jeff Clark of The Gold Advisor and author of a recently published book titled PAYDIRT: Mining for Profits with Gold & Silver Stocks. Jeff talks about the historical moves gold have made during moments of interest rate cutting cycles by central banks and how he expects similar moves in this current environment.
