Apparently, we can’t get rich when we are living a frugal life. I don’t believe in that but I also don’t believe in living a really really bad life just for being able to „retire early and get rich“ The question should rather be about working on something you like to work on, so that work doesn’t feel like work, so that you enjoy what you are doing. When this is the chase I guess you would not want to retire early. This is why Warren Buffet still is working because he likes what he is doing. The article might be right, it might give you a path for retiring earl(ier) but I doubt that this is the „right“ question to ask. The problem is that the article is not about asking the right question or focusing on the „right“ thing.
