There's an interesting debate happening in the entrepreneurial world around do we need pressure in order to succeed? Do we need to learn how to be able to sustain pressure in order to have the success that we want in business?

And I understand why this conversation is happening, and I want to be a leader in it because I think I have a unique perspective that's going to be so useful to you. Being able to not only have all the success that you want in your business, all the impact that you want in your business, but being able to sustain it. A lot of people are thinking like, well, pressure is helpful, I need it to move. But is that pressure coming at a cost? And how much will it cost over time?
