This week I am joined by Former England Rugby player Olly Barkley. As what looks like healthy to one person, won't be the same for another. We also have a really interesting conversation about Veganism and how it isn't for everyone, but that doesn't mean that you can't cut back. Veganism as a word has a horrible reputation and people feel afraid of it and don't want to commit to it! Bari is a prime example of a super healthy person who is amazing at cooking where Veganism doesn't work for her.
