Steve asks him what stuck with him after the election results from last Tuesday and thoughts on Donald Trump's strategy leading up until he is sworn back into office and what he might do in his first day or week. They discuss president-elect Donald Trump’s plans with the potential majority in Congress and Senate and circling back to the U.S. Supreme Court’s presidential immunity decision now that Trump will be back in office in January. The Major Questions Doctrine: Steve and Jim discuss Trump’s potential executive orders and how the Supreme Court says that many of those decisions will have to be made by Congress like with the border as well as the possibility of Donald Trump pardoning others as well as himself and what that actually means for Trump to do before he can do it.
