Teachings of the Hindu Gods 01 Krishna, the God of Love, Sex, and Yoga

Krishna is a Hindu god with a very complex and rich symbolism, described in ancient scriptures like the Bhagavad-gita. Learn how Krishna is related to Christ, consciousness, yoga, tantra, kabbalah, sexuality, and more. "I [Krishna] am sex [kama] which is not contrary to truth [dharma]...” - Bhagavad-gita 7:11 This is a lecture from the free online course Teachings of the Hindu Gods Course Description: This online course of free lectures focuses on teachings and scriptures related to the many beautiful symbols of divinity presented in the ancient traditions of India and Southeast Asia. "Hinduism is the religion of the Hindus, a name given to the Universal Religion which hailed supreme in India. It is the oldest of all living religions. This is not founded by any prophet. Buddhism, Christianity and Mohammedanism owe their origin to the prophets. Their dates are fixed. But no such date can be fixed for Hinduism. Hinduism is not born of the teachings of particular prophets. It is not based on a set of dogmas preached by a particular set of teachers. It is free from religious fanaticism. Hinduism is also known by the names Sanatana-Dharma and Vaidika-Dharma. Sanatana-Dharma means eternal religion. Hinduism is as old as the world itself. Hinduism is the mother of all religions. Hindu scriptures are the oldest in the world, Sanatana-Dharma is so called, not only because it is eternal, but also because it is protected by God and because it can make us eternal. Vaidika-Dharma means the religion of the Vedas. The Vedas are the foundational scriptures of Hinduism. The ancient Rishis and sages of India have expressed their intuitive spiritual experiences (Aparoksha-Anubhuti) in the Upanishads. These experiences are direct and infallible. Hinduism regards the spiritual experiences of the Rishis of yore as its authority. The priceless truths that have been discovered by the Hindu Rishis and sages through millennia constitute the glory of Hinduism. Therefore, Hinduism is a revealed religion." - Swami Sivananda This course was originally given live and unscripted on Gnostic Radio.

Death 06 After We Die

Our experience after death is determined by how we lived our life. Those who train the consciousness can take advantage of the after death states, to achieve a better rebirth. This lecture examines the six stages of the life cycle (bardos), kabbalah, astral projection, meditation, and more. "After death, we review the life that we just finished; we relive it in a retrospective manner, by means of the intelligence and the heart. After such a retrospection has concluded, we then must appear before the Courts of God. The Angels of the Law are called amongst the Eastern people the Lords of Karma; they judge us according to our deeds. The outcome of such a judgment could be that we may return again into a new womb in order to appear again immediately in this physical world, or we may enter into a kind of vacation within the worlds of the light and happiness, or finally—regrettably—we could be obligated to enter into the interior of the Earth, within its infradimensions, with all of its pains and displeasures." - Samael Aun Weor, Beyond Death This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. This course examines the truth of what happens when we die, and what happens in the afterlife or "between" (bardo). Most importantly, you will learn how to use today as preparation for death, and thereby transform life into a source of happiness for yourself and others. "We can learn very little from the phenomenon of birth, but from death we can learn everything." - Samael Aun Weor, The Great Rebellion

Death 05 How We Die

Since life and death are two sides of the same coin, how we live determines how we will die. Our use of mind, heart, and body sets energy in motion, and when death arrives, a great transformation occurs whose outcome is determined not only by the sum total of all of our previous acts, but by our final state of mind. Learn how to be prepared for death, and what specifically you will need to do when your death is imminent. This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience. Death 04 Why We Must Die

Spirituality is based on the possibility to comprehend our true nature, and thereby escape the painful cycles of life, death, evolution, and devolution, the mechanical wheel of nature. By awakening consciousness in the six intermediate states (betweens or bardos) one can transform life and death into vehicles for liberation. This is the essential point of view of the so-called "Tibetan Book of the Dead," actually named "Natural Liberation through Hearing in the Intermediate States," which begins with a prayer to the Three Buddha Bodies (Kayas). "I bow down to the spiritual teachers, [embodiment of] the Three Buddha-bodies: To the [Dharmakaya] Buddha-body of Reality, Infinite Light, Amitabha; To the [Sambhogakaya] Buddha-body of Perfect Resource, the Peaceful and Wrathful Lotus Deities; And to [Nirmanakaya] the Buddha-body of Emanation, Padmakara, protector of all beings." - The Great Liberation by Hearing in the Intermediate States (known as "The Book of the Dead") “A Bodhisattva is formed by the Holy Spirit [Nirmanakaya] of a Master dressed with the four lower bodies. This is the greatest mystery of the human personality. This is the mystery of the double human personality. This is one of the greatest mysteries of occultism. “The internal Master can send his Holy Spirit [Nirmanakaya] to the earth clothed with a Mental, Astral, Vital and physical body in order to perform an important mission. Christ, the divine redeemer of the World, after his earthly death, sent his human Bodhisattva. But the human beings knew him not.” - Samael Aun Weor, Igneous Rose This is a lecture from the free online course Death: Preparation for Transformation Course Description: Everyone will experience death, thus it is intelligent to prepare oneself for the experience.
