This interview was conducted in two parts over a 5 day period where more of our team was available during the first part but not during the second part. We also upgrade our camera in between part 1 and part 2 so if you notice some differences there, that's why!  Buckle in as we sit down with Kyland for over 3 hours of everything life, reality TV, Corporate America and so much more. We kick off by talking about where he was born and raised, what he wanted to be when he was younger, his college major and how he met his best friend Brett Savage. We also discuss a few of his previous jobs including working for Blavity, Cutco and Scholy. Then we break into his introduction into The Challenge, how difficult it was to send Sarah Beth home on Big Brother, why the BB house is the hardest for reality competition shows, why Big Brother contestants have seen so much success on The Challenge, and what has he learned about getting voted into elimination. Then we break into how she got so into fitness, what the fitness community is like for women in the UK, how her experience differed from The Challenge UK to Worlds to S39 and even how all of those were completely different than her experience on another show she appeared on called Royal Match. We discuss how her and James met, whether or not she felt The Challenge UK prepared her for Worlds and S39, what her research/preparation leading up to Worlds looked like and was Wes truly her first choice for her legend partner? She then breaks down what truly sealed the deal for her and Wes on Worlds, how she felt going into the elimination with Kaycee and how S39 cast differed for her.
