I AM SO LUCKY. Originally from Malaysia she’s lived all over the world and her cooking is a thing of absolute gorgeousness. Her departure from Masterchef was a thing of slight turmoil which Zaleha is disarmingly gracious about but you’ll hear me getting pissed off on her behalf. We go into depth about Malay food and there’s an excellently punchy expose about Zaleha’s youngest daughter’s time as a vegetarian. Prettily easy made vegan using flax eggs I reckon and maybe a sweetened and spiced cashew cheese instead of the butter? The swanky coffee he brought was from  Ouseborn.
