We lost the legend Stan Lee 2 weeks ago. The comic book world mourned along with everyone else. The outpouring of love and support for Stan came in droves and still continues. Like many, we had a short experience with him. Back in 2006, Producer Joe and Jimmy interviewed him via phone and delved deep into his early years. An amazing conversation to be sure. And in 2012, Jimmy got to meet Stan in person and do a quick 2 minute walk and talk interview with him. While but a moment, it was an honor and privilege to be in the presence of such a genuinely kind, loving, and funny force of nature!  Jimmy gives his thoughts on those interviews and Stan himself. As does Producer Joe. Plus, we thought we'd play those interviews again so you wouldn't have to dig them up. We hope you enjoy this fond memory that we have of him as much as we did revisiting it. Thank you, Stan. For being such an important part of the comic book world and a pop culture icon. For being Marvel's (and comic books in general) biggest cheerleader. Jimmy attended Thought Bubble Festival back in September and moderated 2 panels for SelfMadeHero. Here, you'll hear the panel he did for their graphic novel anthology I Feel Machine. Reviews: Blackbird #1, Dead Rabbit #1, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Doctor Who, The Walking Dead It's the epic 900th episode live recording! And strap in, kids. It's a LENGTHY ONE at almost 2 hours! We were having so much fun chatting with guests that we didn't realize the time. You'll love it though! Once again, Jimmy and Producer Joe hold their anniversary podcast at Hourglass Tavern in NYC. Thanks to Beth & Josh for being such awesome hosts at their restaurant! Jimmy hosted while Producer Joe manned the tech boards while co-hosting. Jimmy welcomed special guests Michael Emerson, William Jackson Harper, Jamal Igle, Rebecca Soler and Liana Kangas. Like every anniversary episode, Jimmy wrote song parodies and recruited friends to be a part of the CNI Chorus. Thanks to Kristen French, Kami Graves, Cheryl Orsini, Rachel Gavaletz, Nic Rockwood and Brianna Melroy for singing their lungs out!
