This week we got to hear from Guest Pastor Russ Miller, Pastor from James Island Christian Church in Charleston. JICC has been a deeply rooted partner of Grace City since the beginning, so it was a joy to get to have Pastor Russ continue our Gospel According to Mark Series. Pastor Russ taught on Mark 9:42-50, a challenging text that asks us to contemplate sin and its extreme implications. In the text we see that sin is costly, and that we must put to death what can lead to death.
