We are so grateful to have Dallas Jenkins, director of The Chosen, join us again to talk about Jesus :) We always love hearing from Dallas! In this episode, Dallas shares a fantastic story about how he was able to secure the location for filming The Chosen by getting permission from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church).

Today we met a remarkable recent convert of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her story is so fulfilling, though it isn’t void of some difficulties, as you’ll hear from her story. Hannah was baptized in September of 2020, though her knowledge of the Church of Jesus Christ (otherwise known as the Mormon Church) started much earlier. Hannah has close connections to congregational leaders in other denominations and thus, has dabbled in religion throughout her life. However, she always felt that something was missing. Hannah’s boyfriend taught her about the Church and when he mentioned a specific doctrine, she knew it was the answer to prayer. Listen to hear what Hannah learned and how her life has changed since joining the Church!

We are STOKED for you to hear the episode from our new friend, Charlie! Charlie has a remarkable story about joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He talks about his learning of the Church and attendance since 2018, having a really cool dream about the temple, and deciding to be baptized in August 2020. His story is powerful and beautiful and we are humbled to have interviewed him to share the story with all of you!

This episode was a BLAST! We had the very unique and exciting opportunity to interview a Freemason and Mormon, Brandon! The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Saints has some distant history of freemasonry and ties within the LDS temple to freemasonry. Though not many members of the church are Freemasons, Brandon happens to be one and has an incredible story to tell. He talks about how both his religion and his association in Freemasonry go hand-in-hand.

Some argue that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as Mormons) don’t believe in Jesus Christ. There are arguments as to which version of Jesus Christ we believe in so we thought we’d chat about the Jesus Christ who is our Savior.   We talk about basic facts about His life, His teachings, and more.

Oliver’s conversion story is absolutely fascinating, as you’ll soon learn. Oliver has a riveting background of searching for true christianity in different religions and finally deciding to disprove the religions he believed to be false. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon church) proved to him to be a false church and one that he needed to investigate in order to save. Through his research, he decided to go to a church meeting and decided that, indeed, the church was very strange. How did Oliver end up joining the religion he believed to be false? Portia Louder was sent to prison for many years due to real estate fraud. Her story of being sentenced to prison in front of her husband and children is incredibly heart-wrenching, as you will see from this video. We wanted to interview Portia to hear why she has decided to vocalize her experience behind bars, specifically as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church). Portia shares the real stories of life in prison as well as how her relationship with God has evolved over time. This is an episode you don't want to miss!!

Marc and Dennis share a story unlike the other stories you've heard on our channel because, well, Marc was baptized by Dennis so you get to hear from both the perspective of the missionary and the perspective of the convert. Dennis and Marc were coworkers and found themselves chatting here and there about Dennis' membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church). So how did Marc learn about the gospel and accept the invitation to be baptized? WATCH HIS STORY. Seriously, it's not one you want to miss! 

Losing a child is certainly one of the most difficult trials a person can experience. In this episode, we talk with Bryan Young (a member of the Church of Jesus Christ) who shares his story of losing his 4-year-old daughter to cancer. He briefly shares the overview of events and then goes into detail about a few of the many profound experiences with Jesus Christ that he was able to experience. His focus on Jesus Christ has led him and his family to find hope after such a tragedy. Listen as he shares his beliefs as to why bad things happen to good people.
