Neely was a street performer who was experiencing homelessness. CBS News New York's Alice Gainer has the latest.The collapse of Syria's government brings new hope that Austin Tice, an American journalist who disappeared in 2012 while reporting on the Syria's civil war, will be found. President Biden said Sunday he believes Tice is alive, but admitted there's no direct evidence.
