Airline pilot Chad Freeman got his start in real estate by purchasing a “pilot crash pad” in New York in 2005. Although he describes it as a “terrible” property, it launched him into the real estate business. In 2015, he decided to take a boot camp course to help him break into the mobile home park industry. Today, Chad is the founder of MHPinvestors, which purchases undervalued mobile home parks in the Midwest. He is a GP of 150 mobile home lots and 47 RV spaces.
