Spinning Plates, also known as non exclusive dating, is the topic today. Rollo Tomassi talks about this in his Rationale Male book and we have seen it come up in Christian articles where women are promoting the idea taking a 90 day period of non exclusive dating to vet their options with men. Is this a solution to the dating market today on vetting a potential spouse or will it cause more frustration and hurt? Let us know what you think in the comments.

Bro splits, full body splits, banana splits... we cover the topic of some various workout splits that are common at the gym and then what we personally do and why. Ultimately we advise to stick to something that you can be consistent with, don't just copy the latest IG influencer because they seem to know what they are doing. Research and find a routine that works best for you.

What is the goal of the Iron Disciples group? We talk about that today as we explain how we want to encourage men of many different theological backgrounds to grow spiritually and physically. We also address how we view theological differences amongst Christians and where we see the priorities. Christians will divide over issues like baptism, gifts of the Holy Spirit, earth age, etc. Our aim is to focus on the core of the gospel and let people decide for themselves on the secondary topics and encourage them not to be divisive.

We discuss the differences between adultery and sexual immorality/fornication in the Bible. It's an interesting topic because often people seem to assume adultery and fornication are synonymous when they are quite different. Sleep is a key element in recovery and an overall healthy lifestyle. We give our opinions and advice on the topic as well as some of our favorite resources like Andrew Huberman and Dr. Matthew Walker. Today we cover grifters on a wide range of topics from fitness people, like the Liver King, to potential controversial views on how some churches could be labeled in a grifter category to some degree. Part of this conversion also involves us as a culture being addicted to the soundbite version of things rather than intaking it in full. We want the silver bullet instead of the hard work.

Today we discuss a chapter out of the Rationale Male Religion book titled Christian Kosher. Among other things, the topic is about Christians kowtowing to culture to keep the seats filled. This can range from things that are more amoral, like music style and dance, to moral issues, like views on gay marriage and abortion. We can see this in opinion polls that Christian views shift over time to often follow culture trends.
