Now that Michigan football is poised to start Jack Tuttle on Saturday at Illinois, given that he's got some experience to pull from, we're going to dig more into who he is. We start with who Tuttle was as a recruit, who he had offers from, and where he ranked compared to some of the other top quarterbacks all the way back in 2018.
