Let’s be impeccable communicators, not only with players, coaches and peers, but with ourselves. Be your toughest, most honest critique during our deep assessment of self. Operate under the 5P’s: Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance What we give to the game we will exponentially get back in return. This game was here long before us and will live on forever as long as we do our part to nurture it in this present moment. No play is more important than the play that’s happening now and no game is more important than the one we are now serving. When we serve the game the game becomes self-serving.

Brandon West, a loyal Crown Refs supporter, is a first-year official from Worcester, MA. Recently, we connected on Instagram and he expressed his interest in coming to observe a game of mine. So in February 2019, Brandon drove 2 hours to Connecticut to watch the game and hang with the crew afterward. I'm excited to work with young officials who have a passion and desire to improve.
