#247 The CR Vlog 02 | Helping in Hoboken | with Mike Evans

This vlog was recorded in New Jersey in January 2022 as Mike Evans and I went to observe & work with some officials from the Hoboken, NJ area.⁣ ⁣ 𝘕𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘴 is a league and rec program organized by Andrew Impastato who also assigns officials to work their various leagues. After seeing some of my Tik Tok content, Andrew decided he wanted me to come down to Hoboken to help train his officials and give them feedback during and after their games.  This video documents over 120 minutes of our interactions with the 4 officials (𝘌𝘳𝘪𝘤 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯 𝘓𝘺𝘯𝘤𝘩, 𝘑𝘰𝘩𝘯 𝘎𝘪𝘣𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘑𝘳, 𝘒𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘺 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘭𝘦𝘨) covering everything from positioning, mechanics, play-calling, and more. Some of our teaching themes included mirroring the ball in the lead, position adjusting during rebounding coverage, and how believability leads to more trust.⁣ ⁣ Special thanks to everyone who contributed to this Vlog as we had a terrific group of officials who had a lot of interesting conversations that we think you will grow from. Thank you for being a part of our community! Full video available exclusively on 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗻.𝗰𝗼𝗺/𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘀
