Digital leaders discuss the plan to transform the digital workforce across health and care - Part 1
The digital workforce team at NHS England is producing a plan to narrow the skills gap for digital, data, technology and informatics roles. In this podcast, senior digital leaders come together to discuss what they think is fundamental to the success of the plan. Hear representatives from Health Education England, NHS England, and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust discuss how a focus on culture should be central with a workforce encouraged to accept change and empowered with the skills “to use digital well”. Population Health Management bitesize #2: Setting up effective structures in Leeds

They were on wave one of the NHS England Population Health Management Development Programme and were also part of the Place Development Programme this year. PSIRF support – expert tips on communicating large scale change
In our latest Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) podcast, Tracey Herlihey, head of patient safety incident response policy, in the national patient safety team, is joined by Vicky Ainsworth, a communications lead at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trus,t and Stuart Kaill, from Health Innovation Manchester, to discuss ways of communicating about large scale change projects in NHS organisations.
The podcast explores Vicky’s experience of leading on communications for a large scale change project in Manchester, with a specific focus on sharing advice and suggestions relating to communicating the changes related to PSIRF. It includes expert tips on how to communicate large scale change to different audiences as well as within both large and small organisations.
