IGN UK Podcast Special: Big Fat Quiz Of The Year
It's Christmas time and that means it's a time for peace, reflection and soul-searching. And what better way to do all those things than in a bloody novelty quiz?!
Yes, for the second year running us IGN UK folk decided to sunder ourselves into two teams and pit our wits against each other in an intense battle for dominance. Will Alex and Chris emerge victorious? Or are Krupa and Luke destined for glory? Will Stu make it through hosting duties without a drink?! Who can say, but it does get a bit Road to Damascus when the anagram round crops up.
As it's Christmas, we've decided to offer you this podcast in video form, which is the way the baby Jesus would have wanted you to enjoy it. If you're stuck in your ways though, then never fear! The standard audio link is also present.
So have a listen, play along and make sure you have an absolutely cracking Christmas. We'll be back in your lug-holes in 2014 so until then take care of yourselves, wrap up warm and keep smiling.

IGN UK Podcast #211: Keza Mac-Gone-Ald
Friends, a sad day is upon us. Yes, today marks the last time you'll ever hear the lovely Keza MacDonald on the IGN UK Podcast. She leaves us now, but will continue to write for the site in future. Which is nice. I wish I could say it's to a much better place she goes, but sadly it's Brighton. Can't win 'em all, K-dawg.
Still, before we get too morose (after all, Christmas is just around the corner), be reassured that there's a bumper crop of joy on this week's Podcast, as Luke, Alex and Stu relive Keza's best memories, discuss our favourite games from 2013 and talk about how to commemorate Keza. My idea of a Viking funeral involving her desk in the Thames doesn't go down well.
As an added bonus, we're all hungover! That's right! It's going to be one of those Podcasts! So don't deny yourselves the exquisite aural pleasure we've cultivated for you any longer. Click below to get listening, and head back to IGN on Christmas Eve to check out our Christmas Quiz! It proves beyond any reasonable doubt that we have been paying absolutely no attention to what's been going on in the last 12 months. Here's to a similar 2014!

IGN UK Podcast #210: Dropping Like Flies
It's a bumper edition of the podcast this week, where Alex, Chris, Keza and Luke discuss everything from Microsoft's Xbox One sales to the... interesting VGX awards ceremony.
We also reveal the sad news that the wonderful Keza MacDonald will be leaving us full time, becoming a contributing editor in the New Year. You'll still see her stuff around the site, it just means she won't be podcasting with us no more.
But don't worry! There are happy things too! There's interviews with the Trade-In Detectives, a team working to get you the best value second hand games, and Richard Armitage AKA Mr Thorin Oakenshield from The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug.
We even discuss whether we're Directioners or Beliebers. It's a very exciting time.
So what are you waiting for you lucky things? Click below to get listening!

IGN UK Podcast #206: Bringing You PlayStation MORE, Xbox NONE
This week we compare BioWare’s PR tactics to prolonged ejaculation, useless tat that comes with collector’s editions and the fact that some big stuff’s apparently about to happen? We wish someone had told us.
We also delve into the world of entertainment by talking about concept art for Batman Versus Superman. There are pictures too, which you can’t see, but we gesticulated at them pretty hard during recording and that probably comes across.
So stop being lazy and expecting us to do the hard work for you. Sit yourself down and let Stu, Luke, Alex and Keza whisk you away on a magical sensory journey that’ll put hair on your chest and tickle your bifkin. Or whatever. It should raise a grin, at least.

IGN UK Podcast #204: Happy Plastice'en
Plucked eyeballs. Disembowelment. Vampire lavatories. Such things are everyday occurrences for our special guest Lee Hardcastle, a man responsible for more violent Plasticine deaths than Aardman's local recycling centre. He's here to chat to Stu, Chris and Luke about short film Ghost Burger and the disproportionate advantage of banana skins in Mario Kart.
Also this week, Tom speaks to Thor: The Dark World director Alan Taylor and producer Kevin Feige about the Marvel Universe and there's a bonus selection of IGN staff's spookiest happenings.

IGN UK Podcast #203: Ender's Game Special
In this special edition of the podcast, we sit down with director Gavin Hood and producer Roberto Orci to discuss their new film Ender’s Game.
Starring Harrison Ford, Asa Butterfield, Ben Kingsley, Viola Davis, Hailee Steinfield and Abigail Breslin, the film is based on Orson Scott Card’s bestselling science-fiction novel about a gifted 12-year-old who is trained to become earth’s ultimate military leader in the fight against an alien invasion.
In this extended interview we discuss the difficulties of adapting such a beloved book and talk about working with big-screen legends Kinsley and Ford.
We also discuss Orci’s forthcoming projects The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and reboots of Van Helsing and The Mummy, while Hood discusses the challenges he faced on the set of X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
So enjoy this sci-fi themed edition of the pod, and rest assured it will be business-as-usual next week.
