While standing on Itaipu Beach in Niterói, Brazil, he witnessed, with several others, a strange configuration of red lights ascending into the sky. The UFO case was also reported in the local newspaper, as many others had reported seeing the objects along the edges of Niterói. The first of our two guests tonight is Jessie from Minnesota, USA.
