I'm discussing two topics in this episode: 1. If you're an ENFP, you have to consider your ENFP superpowers in order to choose the right work environment for yourself and be happy with your career. What is the best workplace for us ENFPs? Can we find our happiness in the corporate world or is it better to stick to smaller companies? 2. Personality typing systems allow us to better communicate to different personality types and the more we learn about them, the better. But... We should be careful about this one thing that might ruin our chances of developing some great relationships. Assuming someone's personality traits based on their personality type can cause lots of misconceptions and ultimately prevent us from meeting people properly. As an ENFP, I tried to give an example with some of my ENTP friends and how different or the same they are.
