He has become best known for his daily trivia question, which earned him the nickname “Sneaky Hembo.” Paul began his career on Mike and Mike and is recognized as one of the premier sports media researchers in the industry.
He contributes weekly to the Baseball Tonight podcast, and his research is regularly featured on ESPN.com.

Annabelle Hasselbeck is the newest Sports Spectrum podcast host. Her new show, “Sports Spectrum’s What’s Up” launches on the Sports Spectrum podcast network September 16, 2024.
Prior to joining Sports Spectrum, Annabelle was a lacrosse player at Boston College, where she helped her team to two national championships in 2021 and 2024. Annabelle is the daughter of former NFL pro bowl QB Matt Hasselbeck.

Matt Forte - Former NFL pro bowl running back on writing his first book and casting his cares on Christ
Matt Forte is a former NFL running back who played 10 seasons with the Bears and Jets. He was selected by Chicago in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft and played his first eight seasons with the Bears before finishing his final two years with the N.Y. Jets.
Forte is now an author and his new children’s book “MY HAIR CAN” released September 3, 2024.

Chubba Purdy - Nevada QB on brother Brock's NFL success, overcoming injuries and trusting in God's plan
Chubba Purdy is a quarterback with the University of Nevada. Previously, he was with Nebraska and Florida State. In high school, Purdy led Perry High School in Gilbert, Arizona to the 2018 state championship game and had 59 total touchdowns for the season. In 2019, he had 52 touchdowns and 4,400 yards of total offense and was named Arizona Offensive Player of the Year.
Today on the podcast, Chubba Purdy joins us and reflects on his journey as a football player and the importance of faith and family in his life. He shares how his brother, Brock Purdy, has been an inspiration to him and how he witnessed Brock's perseverance and success in the NFL with the 49ers. Hannah Hidalgo - Notre Dame All-American basketball player on Jesus and the rise of women's hoops
Hannah Hidalgo is a women's basketball player at the University of Notre Dame. In high school, she was coached by her father Orlando and was named the New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year and won co-MVP honors at the 2023 McDonalds All-American game.
In her freshman season at Notre Dame, Hidalgo shined for the Irish, averaging 22.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 4.6 steals per game and helped her team reach the Sweet Sixteen. She was named to the AP All-American First Team for 2023-24, ACC Defensive Player of the Year and the 2024 ACC Tournament MVP.
Today on the podcast, Hannah Hidalgo shares how she’s grown as a Christian in the midst of her basketball success. She’s stressed the importance of playing for an audience of one.
