The Acts 29 Podcast

Acts 29 is a diverse, global community of healthy, multiplying churches. And one of our goals on The Acts 29 Podcast is to introduce you to planters from our global community. This week, meet Eduardo Fergusson, pastor at Vida En Su Palabra, in Riohacha, Colombia.

There are many issues that compete for a church planter’s attention and energy when establishing a new church. Location, finances, community engagement, web design, and vision casting to name a few. But it’s the telling of the ancient story that leads to transformation in people’s lives. Planters desiring to impact their communities for Christ must prioritize the public proclamation of the Scriptures.

The Acts 29 Emerging Regions Network serves in places where Christians are few, churches are under-resourced, and persecution is severe—places like India, one of the most unreached regions in the world. Yet in spite of complications from a global pandemic, unrest, and opposition, Jesus is growing his church in India.

Acts 29 exists to magnify Jesus through planting healthy, multiplying churches in every corner of the globe. One new and exciting development to that end is the launch of Acts 29 Español. With about 60 million Hispanics and almost every Latino country in the world represented in the United States, we have a distinct opportunity to reach and train Spanish speakers in the gospel, for God’s glory around the world.
