Several million people, myself included, I fell in love with today's podcast guest around the same time - when a poem he wrote and published to his Facebook page went viral. It began, "my brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become.."  and we could all relate.  This father of three and stand-up comic had turned to writing some years earlier to try and sort out the tsunami of anxious thoughts that threatened to overtake him and carry him out into a sea of defeat. At the tender age of 9, Kelly Rowland formed a musical group with her friends that in a few year would be known the world-over as "Destiny's Child". That was in 1990, and Kelly is all grown up now with a successful solo career in music, fashion, acting, directing/producing, and recently, writing.
